The first thing you see when you walk out of our bedroom into the hallway.Sir Russell Drysdale's "A Man Feeding His Dogs" has been my favourite Australian "old" painting for nearly 20 years now. I fell in love with it when Emi and I went to the Art Gallery here in Brisbane with her twin and my cousin when they were last out here MANY moons ago.
About 8 years ago Emi and I were in Melbourne and we were lucky enough to see his exhibition at the National Gallery of Victoria. We couldn't believe our luck when it was a dreary rainy day and we were over shopping and we saw the poster and were like hells yeah!! I bought this book whilst there and freaking LOVE it. xx
