This is Coronation Drive...one of the main roads leading in and out of the City. The flood when it eventually subsided, left Brisbane covered in a huge ugly smelling sludge...naturally being a road right next to the Brissy River it coped the brunt of sludge-action. LOL This is the road in which my Brother's unit overlooks.
Random.
So much sludge, such little machinery working overtime...bless...you can totally understand why the Army had to be called in. This job was mammoth.
Awe here is my Dad and my Bro's roomie K taking a breather at my Bro's place which as mentioned over-looks Coro Drive and the Brisbane River. This photo is quite eerie as it looks like we're at war with all the Army Trucks cruising by assisting with the massive clean-up job.
Did someone call in the heavy's??
