Day 26 - Straylia Day

Our Australia Day didn't end up going the way we planned. Hubs got called into a business meeting in the morning, so I went along for a little window shop in the City as I hadn't been there in awhile. His 1 hour meeting turned into a 3 hour one which resulted in Siany buying a few things. Oops.

After his meeting I told him he had to buy me Wagamama's for lunch as a trade off as we were meant to do breakfast!! LOL So off to The Emporium we went as the City one was closed. Afterwards we were meant to go onto a friends BBQ but because time had gotten away from us and we had just eaten, we deceided to just go home and chill for a bit, as everyone would have been well and truly boozed by this time. So I cracked a Sapporo and relaxed by the pool which was so nice. I love spending warm days by our pool it's definitely one of my fave places in our home.

That night Matt made me go and see The Green Hornet which I really really didn't want to see!! LOL It turned out to be better than I thought, but still nothing to write home about, so if I was you I would wait till DVD. So we may have not donned the flag, had a BBQ or got our drink on, but it was still a fabulous day. We are very lucky to live in this beautiful country. xx
