I am NO Gordon Ramsay (*drool*) in the kitchen...but thanks to my little Emi kindly giving me a yummy scrummy recipe she found, I have mastered the most simple, but uber tasty veggo meal that gets me by every time. :)
All you need is...

An oil drenched fry pan and a thinly sliced leek.

A teaspoon of curry powder, a sprinkle of garlic granules and a teaspoon and a half of chilli
(I like a medium spice).

Lastly add a tin of Italian tomatos and a tin of washed chickpeas.
Simmer for 15 mins...

Serve on a bed of brown rice.
