Hells yeah to Borsch Vodka & Tears...the coolest restaurant and vodka bar on Chapel Street where we vodka'd and dined. The pages of yummy scrummy (and some not so) vodkas and the unbelievable food was so...freaking...good. I cannot recommend it enough!! xx
