Hubby and I deceided to celebrate our 1st year wedding anniversary a week and a day early as our actual date clashes with Mother's Day and a very busy weekend. Given the ridiculously beautiful weather, we couldn't have picked a more perfect day to spend down at the Gold Coast.
After dropping Monty off at his Uncle Justin's for the day, we headed down to Vie Restaurant at Versace for the most delicious lunch. The view, the service, the food was spectacular and we cannot recommend Vie enough...very VERY impressed. :)
I had a totally divine dish with sweet potato puree and Mediterranean vegetable ragout. Mmm...
Hubs had an eye fillet with the most amazing egg and bread crumbed potatos on top...oh and we shared the yummy fries too. ;)
Awe yay to having such a perfect day and a wonderful 1st year of marriage together. :D xx
