I LOVE iced coffee and every Summer I make them pretty much everyday...while the ones I make at home don't have ice-cream in them (as I am too lazy to pull out the ice-cream), I love them all the same because they are soooooo quick to make and freaking delicious!!When I was a child, Nescafe did a iced coffee promotion at Mooloolabah Beach and I learnt how quick and easy I could make my own at home. All you need is a shaker, put in instant coffee, sugar, drop in a few ice cubes, add milk, then shake, shake, shake and you have the perfect iced coffee in a heart beat. So freaking fabulous. :D xx
