Day 89 - Beach Action

Mummy's little beach boy!!

With the weather being pretty average these summer holidays, our plans to hit the beach for days on end were sadly put on pause. However today, the sun came out and we were finally able to enjoy the sand between our toes and feel the sunshine on our backs. My parents are staying at our family friends house at Shelley Beach, so we were able to take our little boy with us too and what fun he had!! Aweeeeeee!!

In the morning we took him down to Shelley...he was a little apprehensive of the water (think it was more the waves), he soon got used to it, but just didn't go in very far. However in the afternoon we took him to Currimundi Lake and boy did he have the time of his life. I sadly didn't have my camera then, but will definitely take him back and film him running around like a crazy dog in all the sand puddles and having the time of his life. Seriously seeing him SO happy makes us feel on top of the world. Husbo and I were swooning all the way home, knowing what a wonderful day we all had. :D xx
